Students examine how to analyze supply chain performance through a customer-focused lens and design agile, value-driven strategies. Emphasis is placed on using AI optimization tools for demand forecasting, strategic sourcing, and continuous performance monitoring (KPIs). Students gain practical skills to build resilient, AI-optimized supply chains that deliver continuous value in a competitive marketplace.
