This capstone course provides students with the opportunity to synthesize and apply advanced business knowledge across core disciplines through the development of a comprehensive, AI-supported strategic proposal. Emphasizing strategic thinking, problem solving, and global leadership, students draw on competencies developed throughout the MBA program to address a real-world business challenge. Students are guided through the proposal process using AI-enabled tools to enhance data gathering, scenario modeling, and stakeholder communication. The course culminates in a final presentation of a fully integrated strategic plan, demonstrating the student’s readiness to lead complex initiatives in dynamic business environments.

Completion of all core MBA required courses and at least one concentration track.
